One of our camera partners will be performing maintenance on their system. During this period, there will be up to 3 hours when camera footage will be unavailable for download and GPS data will not be sent to Verilocation. There will be no data loss as all data will remain on the devices until the connection to Verilocation is re‑established.

Following this, there will be an additional 4.5‑hour catch‑up period while our camera partner's system processes the backlog. During this time, video download requests may be slower than usual and GPS updates may experience delays.
