We have observed a return to our expected device traffic levels, any outlier devices not yet reported in are likely in sleep mode and will resume data transmission upon wakeup.

Our mobile network partner has taken corrective action and we have seen a significant improvement in device traffic.
At present we expect devices to transmit their data as they call into the platform for their check in.

Our monitoring systems have identified a reoccurrence of the decrease in inbound traffic from one of our mobile network providers, which is expected to cause delays in GPS updates for a subset of resources within the portal.
We have since been notified that the mobile network provider in question is investigating the outage, and we will provide updates as we receive them.
