Maintenance ended

We are now back at expected levels for camera data. The majority of devices have fully backfilled, the remainder of devices currently asleep will transmit their data upon their next check in.

We have observed a large increase in location data and download states for camera devices, we will continue to monitor until all services are at expected levels.

Our maintenance is now complete and we are monitoring services until we reach expected throughput again.

Certain cameras at present have delayed location data and video download status.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience, we’re performing some scheduled maintenance.

This will deliver performance enhancements and bug fixes to ensure the system continues to run at its best.

During the deployment, some camera data (gps and videos) may be slightly delayed.
