Previous incidents

The earlier delays affecting data processing for some devices have now been fully resolved. All systems are operating normally, and data is being processed in real time. Offline devices backfill data immediately upon reconnecting. We will continue to monitor performance closely. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Our fix has been successful, leading to new video events downloading correctly. The majority of the backlog has now been processed, and we continue to process additional records in the background.

We have resolved the underlying issue which caused the problem with camera footage. The majority of footage has been reuploaded and is available again in the portal.

We will continue to monitor as the rest of the data makes it way into the system.
